Mike Boike has over 30 years experience working for a mix of traditional (BASF, Chrysler, Kia, GM) and start-up companies (Lucid Motors, Natron Energy) in addition to providing consulting services for other companies. His strength comes in designing, engineering, constructing, launching, and operating manufacturing facilities. His accomplishments include leading the construction of a greenfield site while simultaneously ramping a brownfield powertrain site and scaling the organization to 2000+ employees. He understands the ambiguity and challenges that come with launching a start-up company from concept to full-scale production and the leadership, dedication, and energy required to be successful.
